Cocoanut Park

Set on the waterfront in Cocoanut Park, Stuart, this custom residence combines traditional coastal detailing with clean, contemporary finishes. Paneled ceilings, full-height cabinetry and a waterfall-edge kitchen island bring definition to the interiors. Glass stair railings keep the stairwell visually open, with a wine display integrated beneath the staircase.

Outside, covered living areas and an outdoor kitchen overlook the pool terrace and water beyond. Upper-level balconies, detailed columns and paneled outdoor ceilings carry the architectural character across the home’s exterior. Throughout the residence, First Florida Construction’s craftsmanship supports the design vision through precise finish work and close attention to the relationships between materials, surfaces and spaces.
