Admirals Cove

This contemporary custom home in Admirals Cove, Jupiter, balances architectural simplicity with rich material detailing. An open-riser wood staircase with glass railings creates a distinctive focal point, while expansive sliding doors connect the interiors to the waterfront setting. In the living room, illuminated built-in shelving frames a full-height fireplace surround beneath a clean-lined coffered ceiling.

Wood-clad ceilings carry the warmth of the interiors into covered outdoor living and dining areas. An outdoor fireplace, pool and raised spa extend the spaces for gathering, while glass balcony railings maintain open views from the upper level. Throughout the residence, First Florida Construction’s craftsmanship brings consistency to the design through carefully finished millwork, precise detailing and considered transitions between wood, glass and surrounding surfaces.
