Jupiter Hills Village – Tequesta

A standing-seam metal roof, deep overhangs and columned terraces establish the character of this custom home in Jupiter Hills Village, Tequesta. Inside, a vaulted, paneled ceiling rises above the main living area, where substantial wood built-ins create a focal point. The kitchen pairs white cabinetry with a contrasting island and a wood-topped counter extension, bringing together materials and finishes that complement the home’s traditional detailing.

Outside, wood-lined ceilings shelter seating areas and an outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool and raised spa. Broad terraces provide space for gathering, framed by palms and landscaped gardens. First Florida Construction’s attention to execution is evident throughout, from the detailed interior millwork to the exterior ceiling and column treatments that carry the architectural character beyond the home’s walls.
